The oily phase lifts away waterproof makeup while the watery phase counteracts greasiness, and propanediol moisturizes the eye contour and conditions lashes in the same swipe.
Shake well to mix the two phases, soak a cotton pad, place on closed eyes for 10 seconds, then dab gently from inner corner to outer corner.

Can I return a product I have already opened?
Yes. You cannot know a formula without using it, so opened products are covered by the 30-day guarantee. Unopened products with the seal intact also have the standard EU right of withdrawal.
