Our 30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to decide. If a product is not right for you, contact us and we will arrange your return and refund.

This applies to opened products. You cannot know a formula without using it, so trying a product does not cost you the guarantee. Contact us at support@theshopforyu.com within 30 days of delivery, tell us which product did not work for you, and we will take it from there. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

The 30-day guarantee is voluntary. It sits on top of your EU statutory rights, described below, and never in place of them.

Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

One exception applies to skincare: our products are delivered sealed for hygiene reasons. If the seal has been broken after delivery, the product is no longer eligible for withdrawal under EU law. Opened products are instead covered by our 30-day guarantee above, which is broader than the statutory right in this respect.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@theshopforyu.com within 14 days of delivery with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You then have 14 days to send the products back to us. You bear the direct cost of the return shipment. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used, once we have received the returned goods or proof that you have sent them.

Your legal guarantee of conformity

Under EU law, everything you buy from us is covered by a legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery. If a product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity, or to a proportionate price reduction or a refund. This legal guarantee is independent of, and unaffected by, our voluntary 30-day guarantee.
